I donā€™t know if this is helpful, but I quickly scrolled, saw the number of words, and swiped on. Obviously thatā€™s not the point of the question, but it does point out how little we intentionally read anymore. I think having pics or short screen shot blurbs are helpful to give a visual interest and youā€™re not feeling as bogged down with text.

BrandBot connects with ClassPass, but I THINK we can only communicate with them if they input their email/phone # in our system. Otherwise theyre an unconverted guest of ClassPass. Someone let me know if Iā€™m wrongā€¦.

Hey ladies! Spot checking segments-Yet another reason weā€™re better than big box gyms (as if we needed more reasons).
Back story: The big box gym my best friend goes to got super shady ownership, cleanliness went down hill, and then they completely cut childcare with a 4 day notice for clients and the childcare employees. My best friend did online digging, found the ownerā€™s contact, and sent him direct emails about it. She was brought into the main office and they REVOKED her membership due to the ā€œupsetting natureā€ of her efforts to bring childcare back. Yā€™all. Sheā€™s in a winback segment less than 3 months later. Maybe we spot check for people you literally removed from your gym. šŸ˜³

Thatā€™s a GREAT message! If someone takes you up on it, do you offer an incentive for their next purchase/membership?

Ashley Liberty ā€œBecause it follows the billing cycles that we have set based on when you started your membership.ā€ It sounds good even if itā€™s a lie. Our system literally DOES require an end date on a freeze and that has been super helpful as a scapegoat.
