If I have an individual question, where should I submit that?

I love getting your questions! Feel free to ask a question in the general channel on the community function, or within the private channel that your purchase corresponds to. For example, if you're in The Friday Society Membership, you can ask questions to other active members inside the private channel. 

How do I cancel my membership?

Sorry to see you go! Simply email hello@foreverfridayconsulting.com to cancel your membership, and someone will process your cancellation ASAP. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of your billing cycle and you will lose access to your content, the community, and any future discounts codes on products at that time. 

How can I view my past charges?

Guess what? The Friday Society and all of my content is a tax write-off (in the United States) for business purposes! You can view your past invoices on your Stripe Billing Portal HERE

How can I change my card on file?

You can edit your credit card, shipping address, and more on Stripe - right HERE

Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

Yes! You can stream the content through Chromecast, Airplay, and more. To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast.  Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser. To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.
