Hey ladies! Spot checking segments-Yet another reason we’re better than big box gyms (as if we needed more reasons).
Back story: The big box gym my best friend goes to got super shady ownership, cleanliness went down hill, and then they completely cut childcare with a 4 day notice for clients and the childcare employees. My best friend did online digging, found the owner’s contact, and sent him direct emails about it. She was brought into the main office and they REVOKED her membership due to the “upsetting nature” of her efforts to bring childcare back. Y’all. She’s in a winback segment less than 3 months later. Maybe we spot check for people you literally removed from your gym. 😳
