Beth Adas YESSSSSS!!! Same. What does it even matter if it’s for a few seconds? In our system, it just moves the draft date and it’s SO irritating!

I’d go with the Manychat option. From THERE it could link to something that asks for an email. If you ask for an email on insta, my guess is most people wouldn’t be up for that. They’d rather get the info/offer first and then opt-in for more.

I don’t have an automation, but I do send texts as a one off. I try to keep it super casual and judgement free. Like, “Hey {name}! It’s Lynn! I’ve missed seeing you in the studio this week. I’ve got a few spots left in my (some class they normally take). Can I grab one for you?” I usually run a report on Fridays of clients who haven’t taken that week and use that as the jumping point to make it more personal if I know of specific trips, injuries, etc.

Kim Struglinski I think it’s next week on July 9th at 2p EST. I’m bummed because I’m flying out that day and have to miss it. 🙇🏻‍♀️

I love it! I did recently go to the paid version based on Alexa’s quote about getting one trial for $55 and that pays off for that whole month. I’ve set up a few more automations since then. A goal is to get better on consistent automations firing.
