‼️ “PAUSING” memberships ‼️
The summer has brought so many “hey I’m out of town for __ days this month, can you pause my membership?”
I do 8x, 12x & 20x per month, and am generous with skipping a whole month if need be, but when it comes to explaining why I can’t pause for say… 10 days, my brain literally goes to mush. Aside from prorating the month, and reducing passes, my business is just not set up this way.
Does anyone have an intelligent way to communicate this? Why is this so hard for me to put into words? 🤣
