Hi, I see that was a confusing question. When a Reel is posted on Instagram but gets watched on Facebook, does it still link back to my Instagram account?

The Nespresso example stuck with me too! I think it would be marketing that the 20% off was the equivielent of 2 months (or whatever it works out to be) free. Almost a 6 months for the price of 4 wording.

Rachel & Stephanie thank you for your responses! I was direct and said that the evening class wasn’t working for me and the owner was very understanding. I really appreciate the guidance and it ended up going the best that it could :)

Rachel Olivia your response to my question made me wonder, are the people who keep needing shifts covered at the last moment no longer a good fit for your studio? It might be less stressful in the long run to have reliable teachers and keep the others as a sub list!

As an instructor, I would not work for a studio which had a penalty for taking time off. It doesn't feel hospitable. I'm wondering if more clear guidelines about how to take time off would help. The studio I'm managing checks in with teachers each month, get as many classes covered as possible, and the clients understand that people need time off for the classes which need to be cancelled.

Hi Kristen! I have a home studio and love it. It’s a great way to build clientele before opening a bigger studio

I had no idea, thank you!
