Does anyone have ideas for a client achievement gift?

I've been working with one of my clients for 3+ years and he just reached his big goal. When we started working together, he had constant pain and it was deeply affecting his mental health. We've worked together through his diagnosis, hip surgery, and so many  ups & downs. He's on vacation right now and his wife told me that he's been able to hike 4-6 miles each day with no issues!!!! 

I want to have a celebratory gift for when he's back next week. All and any ideas are greatly appreciated 🥰 

Hi! I've been trouble making adding my newletter sign-up with ConvertKit to my SquareSpace website. I know that the extra space is a problem with SquareSpace- does anyone have any tips to make it look better?

I wanted to add the newletter sign-up to the top of my link in bio page but the spacing looks awful. 

Do you have a dress code for clients? How do you phrase it?

I'm updating my client confirmation emails and with the warmer weather I've had a few male clients who seem uncomfortable wearing shorts during certain exercises. (Also the 75 yr old who doesn't seem to realize that running shorts aren't appropriate IYKYK 👀)

How would you want to hear about an instructor cutting back on hours? I can't sustainably work at two different studios in the same day. I need to drop 1 evening class at studio A to teach 2 morning classes at studio B. I don't want the owner at studio A to feel slighted as I'm cutting back hours for her studio and starting to work for a studio B at the same time
