This is such a good topic, and I don't really think there is any right or wrong answer. some studios have a hard no-recording, no-photos policy. I personally think it's great for marketing, but also HATE when I'm in class and someone is recording lol. If I ever take a pic or video, I make sure no one else can be seen. Maybe add that to an email and social post? "Hey team! While we love when you share your experience in the studio (feel free to share and tag us!), please make sure no one else is visible in your photo or video. Your experience is yours to share, but theirs is not." 

Hahahaha I personally do the alternating colors a lot and use my own brand colors!
