November: KPI & Metrics Deep Dive: Peeling back the layers on the KPIs I recommend you track, what they mean, and how to use your own numbers to inform your strategy
December: 2024 Analysis & 2025 Planning: This is our yearly call dedicated to analyzing our past year, and planning the future. This month is SO important to me -- it's so easy to go through the motions and never really analyze why something did or didn't land, what areas our businesses needed more, and what areas needed less. This is the month where we pull back the layers, understand what we want to replicate next year, and make a plan.
