2/2 ;)

If one of your favorite clients was seeing both you AND this perceived competitor, would that actually be okay? Is there room for that, and is there maybe something you can recognize as an area that you don't love, that you'd be happy to give someone else?

I'll be fully honest -- I saw a momence webinar this morning (that I shared with you guys b/c of this) with another "competitor". This competitor and I both presented at a conference last year, and I met her and loved her! While we both do marketing consulting for health & wellness brands, we have a very different style, strategy, and vibe. Of course I got the email this morning, got grumpy, and then thought ..."but I don't like ads, I don't teach ads, and I don't usually recommend them. Why isn't there room for her to do this? My clients could actually benefit from this." Immediately it became about something bigger - you guys -- instead of my ego. there are more than enough opportunities for me to share what I truly love.

oh I loooove this question -- thank you for asking it. I truly do not believe in oversaturation -- there are over 150 of you just here, and you all have your own unique and amazing businesses and clients! There are very specific reasons why YOU got started, why YOU do what you do, and why your clients stick with you. The more you start to uncover those details, the most confident and embodied you can feel in your own differentiators. Here are some questions I'd ask to stand a little stronger in your confidence and trust that there's enough to go around:

of my clients that have been with me the longest, what stands out about our relationship that I know only I can provide?

What was the exact moment/reason I got started? Likely there is one moment you can pinpoint - can you bring that into your story telling a bit more?

When do I really light up when talking to my clients? How can I bring that topic and energy to more of my content and marketing?

Hi!! Okay so my own personal strategy is to make sure your organic acquisition and client journey are in TIP TOP shape before engaging in ads just for return on investments sake, but thought this was timely and wanted to share!! https://momence.com/KK-Hart/%F0%9F%91%A9%F0%9F%8F%BB%E2%80%8D%F0%9F%92%BB-WEBINAR%3A-Master-Running-Ads-on-Any-Budget!/106453066?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email
