I customized the cancellation email in arketa but then I created an automation for a win back. So I had Zapier tag them when they cancelled so the automation would start a little while later.

Allie Myszka oooo fill me in on what features Acuity offers that Arketa doesn't! I think it's just so nuanced what is best for each person but I'm always learning from everyone here on best practices. I hear you on the Arketa CC fees, with the membership fee being so much lower than Momence or MB it ends up still being less total than those based on my income level and I really needed the on demand feature. My fees don't end up being more than what others were paying for other platforms with that feature when we compared on the biz owners retreat in April! 

About your Squarespace question, I would think you'd need to have a squarespace website since it was a website feature....but I am sorry I do not know for sure! I used it a few years ago and I do think it has had some improvements since then so it could look different than when I was using it.
