I literally have tears in my eyes 🥺
I taught workshops yesterday in Sydney (not my home state), scheduled an email to go out AS they finished to the delegates and anyone who clicked on my First to Know email list. I offered a 10% discount for registrations for 48hrs and I’ve already got 4 seats booked! But the timing of the purchases is what gets me!!! I was literally having down time from presenting, getting ready to catch a plane home - and money was flowing to my account.
I never get bored of saying THANK YOU Alexa C. | @alexagrowmybusiness for helping me to market myself in organic, feel good ways. The work we did a year ago in 1:1 sessions is STILL paying off. 🙏💚

Love anything related to Gallup Strengths - it’s taught me so much about who I am, how I behave and why I prefer certain things over others. I am a huge minimalist fan - clean & sharp but still showing style. So I really like your graphic.

Take a look at @hellostorytale on insta to see their graphics - very plain but they draw you in! Could try with a different background colour like the photo attached.

Loved the Getting granular session. It’s spurred me to create a new segment for my clients that are inter-staters who come to visit for a few months in the winter. They’re all exiting now and migrating south (like our gorgeous whales) and I’m going to send them a special email to let them know how much we’ve enjoyed having them and to leave a 5 star Google review … with prompts for what to write!
They’re coming back next year regardless, but the power to send this specialized, individualized email … wow! It just matches my studio’s ethos.

Anyone got opinions on Vagaro as a booking system?
Had a bad sales experience with Momence so def don’t want to look there.

Hi - If I get people to comment “x” on a post - is my aim to :

  • provide the free info (maybe using manychat or not) through DM
  • gather an email address - so would require a form?

I got a few hits from a recent post and I just sent them a video link through DM - so of course I’m freaking out that I didn’t get email 🤯

After any passing, there’s a frenzy of people consoling and nurturing. And then after the funeral or ceremony, everyone else gets back to life … except the person who’s grieving. Reaching out now with just a simple check in as Jenn said, would mean the world to her. And maybe she’s not ready to come back - but she will never forget your genuine kindness.

I’d also turn off any expiry email she may receive for her pack running out. Give her time. 💚💚💚
