This is a tricky one, but I would err on the side of not having this. To build a consistent community you'll likely have many times there are low numbers in the beginning (if it's a new slot). I'd give it 6 months before you cut it, and have your instructor really take the initiative with the community building and marketing the slot specifically. If it's been a time slot for years and is still underperforming, that's another story! 

I like to err on the side of hospitality, so here's what I'd say: 

"Hi Susan! No worries at all -- going anywhere exciting?! Keep us posted :) The intro pack has a two week expiration to keep your momentum up, but we're happy to make the exception for you! You should receive the confirmation into your inbox for class on the 23rd! 

So happy to hear you're going to buy more packs - we've loved having you in the studio and can't wait to see more of you! Let us know if you need anything else and enjoy your week!

Always MENTION the exception you're making just so they're aware!

I usually advise nothing further out than 2 weeks. I've found with clients that when people end up booking further than that, they end up cancelling, and it can anger/turn off newer clients who think they "can't ever get into class". One-Two weeks is my happy spot!

Make sure you screenshot and id even circle the extra space you’re trying to get rid of!

I've heard people have some issues with the spacing before, too :( I don't have any tips other than just play around with the embed spacing and maybe screenshot the extra space and email support -- they've always been so responsive IMO!
