oooo this is so exciting!!! 20-50 is a lot -- so I would fully recommend having a clear itinerary. Design it on canva, print it, and have one for everyone! That many women will definitely want to know what the day looks like, lol. Reach out to sponsors for swag stuff -- LMNT loves to sponsor and and donate product!Leave some open time for mingling, and make sure you have prompts and things to talk about ready to go.

1/2 - what the HECK. This is so crappy to do to a business? I wouldn't go to my local grocery store and say "help, can you pice match milk from Stop & Shop? Otherwise, I won't come here." This is SO tricky. Part of me wants to respond and say "Hi X! Thank you so much for reaching out and offering a creative solution for you to stay with us. As you know, we're a female-owned, small business here in Portland and we work incredibly hard at providing the best experience for you. Just this year, we've [and list out things you're truly proud of here -- examples could be] watched Sara get certified in X, added two more machines to keep waitlists minimal, and improved our software system to allow you to book more easily.
We unfortunately can't match X -- though we wish we could, again, the cost of providing an experience that we feel incredibly proud of has our membership at $250/month. I am happy to extend a 15% discount to meet you halfway, if that sounds good to you given the reasons
