Hey all, can someone give an example of your welcome sequence? So far I just have Hello/Welcome email (they receive when they sign up for my newsletter OR make a purchase) with details about signing up for the Acuity app/a discount code for a future pack/etc and then.. they are just receive the weekly newsletter. What's a reasonable 2nd (and or 3) step for a small, mostly 1:1 pilates biz?
Hi all! New here and excited to be here! Today I'm wondering if anybody else uses Acuity and can provide insight into the Follow Up email situation? I want to automate different templates going out (2 days after a session, 45 days after not seeing them with a discount code, etc) and a welcome email that ISN'T just the Initial Confirmation email. I'm feeling stumped - anybody able to help?
