Who is the author of Traction?

I’ve used vagaro for over a year and mostly love it. I was coming from acuity where there was zero customer service. I call vagaro several times a day sometimes. The majority of their staff is amazing! They walk me through anything, send an email with instructions, and I can also have my clients call to get help on something. It has been really great for me.

They don’t currently integrate with Flodesk, which I’d like to use. Vagaro has their own built in email option, it’s just not as visually appealing in my opinion. Feel free to ask any questions!
