I’d love to collab on this!! I’m constantly listening and reading right now I’m reading Mini Habits which has given me great tips to inspire my clients on how to build healthy habits that stick. I love the audio book The Inner Work, really focuses on mindset and being happy where you are right now and explains a lot of really cool mental blocks and how to get out of them. But I can comb back through all my past stuff too this is such a great idea!
