I agree with Alexa C. | @alexagrowmybusiness and there’s no good answer here BUT I can’t resist saying that this client comes off as a really unkind person and I am so sorry. I cannot imagine sending that email to a biz owner and sounding so entitled to a discount! I am just so sorry you have to deal with this!
