Does anyone have an email template you’d be willing to share for a “hey we noticed you haven’t been in to the studio in X days and we just wanted to check in/we miss you.” I want to create one but I’m blanking on what exactly it should say 😅

I am so over the pausing of memberships this summer! I implemented a 2 week policy, meaning I won’t pause it for less than 2 weeks and there’s a $25 fee. I think I may change this to a month. It’s so frustrating! People wouldn’t pause their big box gym membership or Netflix just bc they are going out of town. I’m sorry you are dealing with this also!!

Most of my clients will leave theirs in the cubbies, but I have one girl who will literally get up in the middle of the class and go be on her phone for like 3 minutes. It annoys the crap out of me! We’ve also been struggling with clients on their watches a ton. I haven’t said anything about it but plan to mention being courteous in classes in my next email!
