We have a waiver in Waiver File but it is just a check box. I started using Waiver File bc I wanted more options. I then attached the PDF to their record in MB. It's only $15 a month

We have a $25 fee. They get an email and text if their card is declined. If they fix it right away, no fee. If not, they get a fee. It was getting ridiculous recently chasing down declined cards. I will lock them out of booking if goes on for too long and/or a repeat offender. Clients also can’t book past their renewal date. What system do you use?
