Thanks everyone! I turned the card fee off. It was not going over well and instead I’m going to add it into my price increase next year. I was paying them

When we are on mindbody so it’s not a change really for me. Jenn I think you are right that if you start it that way, they won’t question it but with changing/adding it then the chitter chatter began. The good news is everyone loves the new platform!

Great thanks! Migrated to momemce today and turned the card fee on. I’m saying this is in lieu of a 2024 rate increase. Questioning if I should just turn it off and increase rates before the end of year instead. It’s all about the language and I feel like maybe they are seeing “fee”

And getting flustered.

Hi! For those of you who have it set that clients pay card fees. How do you answer someone who wants to pay cash or check and avoid the fees? I don’t mind a few cash/check but that’s more work for me if it becomes a trend. Thanks!

Another question :) those of you who do monthly memberships AND packages with extended expiration dates. What is your class booking window to make it as fair as possible to all?

Does anyone have class minimum numbers to run a class and if so how do you handle that? This doesn’t happen often but I want to have a policy for it so that clients and instructors expectations are set. I’d love to hear what you do at your studio.

Hi! Is anyone using the marketing suite upgrade in mindbody? If so, or if you have, can you offer any feedback? I’m currently trying it out and think I finally have it set up. Just curious if it worth it or not and if not what alternatives you like more. Looking for the most cost effective of course :)
