Does anyone have their clients fill out forms before first session?
If so…. How does this flow? What programs do you use?

We are wanting our new clients to start filling out a form about their current stress levels and goals…. As well as sign the waiver in person.

Not sure how to keep this organized though? And make this still part of a great customer experience? Thanks in Advance!

Anyone have a pretty way of organizing their data on Google Sheets? I’m curious how others format their sheets…. As this is just not appealing to me. 🤣
