Hi everyone! I'm wondering if anyone has any insight on how to contact Google about an inappropriate review on their Google Business page. I am almost embarrassed writing this, but there's a person from another dance studio in the area that has been making fake accounts on Google and leaving me 1-star reviews with false accusations. It's kind of crazy and highly inappropriate, as this person has never been a client of mine, they are just upset we opened a studio. I have addressed the accusations in my replies, but she has not stopped. I've tried to report the reviews multiple times, but it has not been removed. Is there any other way to contact Google? Any advice is helpful. I take my reviews very seriously! Thank you 🥹

I basically stated I know who this is, she’s never been a client of mine, she was blocked because she personally harassed me, etc. Stated the facts. It’s super frustrating. She was an old coworker who works for another adult dance studio in Jersey. She’s making up lies in her review and keeps going back and writing more nonsense. She even had some other people make fake accounts. I know this to be true because all of this started appearing after she personally attacked me on Instagram and I just didn’t engage. It’s so tragic.
I’ve been reporting from both Google accounts and have had some close friends report it as well. For me, I know it’s false information. But I get worried people who are new to me come across it, especially parents looking to send their kids somewhere
