It’s so tricky. I definitely don’t mind if a client sets up their phone to time lapse or record themselves in class. We’ve gotten some awesome UGC that way, but the constant checking (and the watches) drive me batty. I don’t think there’s a way to say “phones only allowed if you’re going to film and post on social.” Lol

I think maybe something like “We’ve been thinking of you and just wanted to check in. No need to respond, but just know you’re on our minds and we’re here to support you any way we can.” So there isn’t any “are you coming back” attached to it. And truly to show you just care. Because I know you do. Also maybe make it personally from you instead of the studio?? Or you and the instructor she was working with?
