I do 2 weeks out and autopay members get to book 1 day in advance so 15 days out. Agree with alexa that anything more than 2 weeks will shoot you in the foot. I had a 4 week window when I opened and quickly made the change.

Ugh just want to say, sorry your dealing With this! That I truly can’t believe that client. Another vote for letting it be. There is a Club Pilates opening near me and they are offering a cheaper membership (and an unlimited which I won’t offer) but it is what it is. I don’t think they are specifically targeting my clients and offering it them. They are just offering it and clients can take it if they want it. But I know in my heart they get what they pay for here in the absolute best way! And the ones who know that too will always stick around.
