Here was a simple thing I did this week… I have a very loyal client that I know who doesn’t like early morning classes. 8:30 is early for her. Lol. We had someone late cancel overnight for the 9:30 am class (which was her preferred time but it was booked so she signed up for the 8:30an class). So I texted her first thing that morning when I saw the open spot to offer her the later time slot. She was so THRILLED! And this was such an easy thing to do. I think it’s about finding small ways to go above and beyond that DONT compromise your boundaries. ;)

I am seriously thinking about getting rid of my “pause” option unless it’s for medical reasons.

I am late to the game on this but very curious to hear the response from the client. I echo Katie’s comments. Not nice thing to do at all! I would be prepared for her to tell others that you offered this discount to her. Whether she stays or not. I am sorry that happened. :(

We have a sign on our yoga room door to turn off watches and cells phones before entering the space.
