Loved the Getting granular session. It’s spurred me to create a new segment for my clients that are inter-staters who come to visit for a few months in the winter. They’re all exiting now and migrating south (like our gorgeous whales) and I’m going to send them a special email to let them know how much we’ve enjoyed having them and to leave a 5 star Google review … with prompts for what to write!
They’re coming back next year regardless, but the power to send this specialized, individualized email … wow! It just matches my studio’s ethos.

Website Contact Forms
Hi! So I asked this question in office hours in July and have slowly been trying to implement, but I’m still running into an issue. So my contact form on my website is formatted and created through Showit. Therefore, when somebody inquires on my website, they do not get added into my flodesk. Instead I just get an email. The work around was to create an inline form on flodesk and embed that. The problem is they do not have an option to have a message section that is larger than one line where people can write a sentence or two to let me know what they are inquiring about (I did contact flodesk and they confirmed). Does anybody have another work around? How are y’all solving? Frankly, I don’t have THAT many people reaching out through that form weekly and I could do it manually. Any thought welcome. Thanks!!

(Longtime listener, first time poster lol)
I created a pricing plan as a wingback for students who haven’t been into the studio in 1+ year. They will get four classes in a month. Does anyone else do this? Have any language or copy you could share for inspo?

Hi, friends! I’d love your input on our current situation!

Two years ago, I signed up with Momence because they gave me a great deal and it supported by in-person training business.

Now, we are expanding to digital. And from my research and some of your advice, I’ve concluded that Momence isn’t going to support us in our long-term goals for digital. However, we’ll still need a booking software to support in-person privates and events.

That being said - we’ve done demos with Both Uscreen + Recess. The main pull to recess is that it could support both the in-person + online goals. But Uscreen seems to have the digital experience nailed down a bit more.

Would love anyone’s opinion that’s worked with these softwares!! Or if you have other software recommendations - open to those too

I have a new member who recently joined as a 12month Unlimited member.  Came to about 15 classes in her first month.  When her second billing cycle rolled around, her card declined.  Went through the natural steps and she mentioned this is "no longer for her and she wants to cancel her membership".  Our policy states you owe 50% of the remaining balance, which she was aware of before joining, but she was not having it.  Her card processed a few days later, but we are running into this issue again going on her 3rd month and she reached out again saying she wants to cancel, penalty free.  I've graciously offered a tier lower to downgrade, but have not heard back from her (yet). I most certainly do not want to let her off the hook, but she's delaying payment, not coming to classes, and is becoming a pain in my butt :) 

Any advice on how to best navigate this situation?

Hi! For those of you who have it set that clients pay card fees. How do you answer someone who wants to pay cash or check and avoid the fees? I don’t mind a few cash/check but that’s more work for me if it becomes a trend. Thanks!
