Man, I really thought classpass changed for the better.
I decided to sign my studio up for CP to help get 6am attendance back up and bring new clients in who can’t otherwise afford to come in. I started in April and have received ONE payment of $204 with no explanation, nothing itemized and in that first month I should’ve at least made $530 including late cancels and no shows. Speaking of, it absolute sucks how often they late cancel/no show and I can’t charge my fee that helps to pay the instructor. I’ve ended up in the negative for multiple classes because of this and ClassPass has been impossible to get ahold of over the phone. I contacted Momence asking if there is a way to restrict/block repeat no show clients and they are going to add that as a feature which is going to be super helpful.
