Hello! I’m new to this group! I am located in Cambridge, MA, and am planning a studio expansion to hopefully open in Jan 2025. I am the sole owner and teacher, and will be adding more space and equipment to be able to offer small group equipment and mat classes. With this, I will need to hire a teacher or two. Any advice on all things related to hiring is appreciated (e.g., did you use a lawyer to draw up employment contracts, offer health insurance, payment structure, and timeline for hiring people when planning an expansion).
