Communicating value/ memberships: 😫

I’ve heard this phrase floating around my community a lot lately: “I lost passes last month” or “now that my schedule has changed I can only attend 18 of my 20 classes, so I’m losing passes each month”….

But the reality is- even not using ALL of the allotted passes- they’re still getting a KILLER deal! How can I communicate that it’s not about USING be LOSING passes - that the math still works out in their favor?

I don’t want them to feel like they’re coming out on the short end of the stick, when in reality they’re still getting a really good value.
