I saw your IG post about abundance mindset and I’m here for that message!
Something that I struggle with is abundance mindset when it comes to competitors. Do you have any tips for how to let it go when there are so many competitors who are doing the same thing as you? I know that everybody’s slightly different but there are a lot of other skilled practitioners in my area who would also provide a great customer experience.

Communicating value/ memberships: 😫

I’ve heard this phrase floating around my community a lot lately: “I lost passes last month” or “now that my schedule has changed I can only attend 18 of my 20 classes, so I’m losing passes each month”….

But the reality is- even not using ALL of the allotted passes- they’re still getting a KILLER deal! How can I communicate that it’s not about USING be LOSING passes - that the math still works out in their favor?

I don’t want them to feel like they’re coming out on the short end of the stick, when in reality they’re still getting a really good value.

Have you dealt with or responded to this type of feedback?

  • December: 2024 Analysis & 2025 Planning: This is our yearly call dedicated to analyzing our past year, and planning the future. This month is SO important to me -- it's so easy to go through the motions and never really analyze why something did or didn't land, what areas our businesses needed more, and what areas needed less. This is the month where we pull back the layers, understand what we want to replicate next year, and make a plan.

Does anyone have their clients fill out forms before first session?
If so…. How does this flow? What programs do you use?

We are wanting our new clients to start filling out a form about their current stress levels and goals…. As well as sign the waiver in person.

Not sure how to keep this organized though? And make this still part of a great customer experience? Thanks in Advance!

Studio owners/managers that do on demand/video classes, what do you use to record? I've had a few requests so I'm thinking of adding that as an option and want to start recording classes and posting them for people who can't make it to the studio.

Do I need fancy equipment? Do I need one of those tiny microphones every influencer seems to be using? Any tips or tricks would be amazing

You guys!! Alexa C. | @alexagrowmybusiness and I cleaned up my membership part of my automatations I mentioned how all my others packages were thriving but when it got to the membership part I wasn’t getting any bites.. cleaned up the email going out made it more clear concise etc and got two membership sales since our meeting Monday!! 🥳🥳

Can I create a form in flodesk and use it as an invite for people to rsvp to an event with their email? Its for our anniversary party. I don’t want to do it through the booking system but do need an idea of how many people will show up.
